We enjoyed a lovely Friday lunch with a friend at Harajuku Kitchen. I booked online and mentioned I would bring a buggy. The staff were so friendly with Grace I felt very welcome and will definitely be back with her soon.
Buggy Space: 3/5
Theres a wide doorway thats easy to walk in with your buggy, and the restaurant is fairly spacious inside. There are a few spots that you could easily park your buggy but not always right beside your table. Also there wouldn't be too much space for more than one buggy. staff were very accommodating in finding space though, and if its a dry day they also have outside seating or space outside to leave a buggy.
Children's amenities: 3/5
The staff brought us over a high chair for our table and we also had a bench seat so Grace spent half the time in the chair and the other half sitting beside me on the bench seat.
Although there was no children's specific menu, we went for a lot of sharing plates and the menu is very suited to sharing so its a great place to get little ones to try new foods with you. Grace didnt eat on this occasion as we ordered a lit of raw fish etc but I'll definitely be bringing her back soon and she can try a few bites!
Changing Facilities: 3/5
The changing table is in the disabled toilet. Its fairly standard but clean and had everything you need.

Location & Transport Connections: 4/5
Harajuku Kitchen is located on the corner of Gillespie Crescent and Bruntsfield Place. Its right across the road from Bruntsfield links with a park and playpark for children and theres really good bus links outside with numbers 11, 15, 16, 23, 36 and 45 going past on Bruntsfield Place / Leven Street. Theres no parking for the restaurant but there are on street pay and display spaces on Gillespie Crescent.
